Jake Rudock threw for a career-high 440 yards and six touchdowns, leading the Michigan Wolverines to a thrilling 48-41 double-overtime victory over the Indiana Hoosiers.
The senior quarterback connected with Jehu Chesson for the game-tying score with two seconds remaining in regulation. Rudock tossed two more touchdowns during the extra frames, including the game-winner to Amara Darboh.
Chesson tallied 10 receptions for 207 yards and four scores. Darboh added eight for 109 yards and his touchdown, while Jake Butt chipped in seven catches, 82 yards and a score.
Jordan Howard raced his way to a career-best 238 yards, dominating the nation's No. 3 rush defense. However, Nate Sudfeld's pass to Mitchell Paige on 4th-and-Goal fell incomplete, giving 14th-ranked Michigan a hard-fought win.
