Michigan State and Ohio State are setting their rivalry aside to honor the five-year-old grandson of longtime Michigan coach Lloyd Carr.
Carr's grandson, Chad Carr, was diagnosed with what Angelique Chengelis of the Detroit News identified as an "inoperable" brain tumor.
The Spartans and Buckeyes will wear #ChadTough helmet decals for their Saturday matchup, done in their respective team colors.
