Keith Duncan hit a 33-yard field goal as time expired to help the Iowa Hawkeyes upset the No. 3 Michigan Wolverines.
Iowa (6-4, 4-3 Big Ten) put together its best defensive performance of the season, holding Jim Harbaugh's team to just 201 yards of total offense. Akrum Wadley accounted for 167 yards and a touchdown during the upset victory.
Despite the loss, Michigan (9-1, 6-1) remains in control of its College Football Playoff life because of several surprising results around the nation. However, the Wolverines' margin for error is gone.
